Microsoft Surface Go 2 prices and estimated release schedule revealed while the next Microsoft Surface Book gets named

A couple of small but important details about the upcoming Microsoft Surface Go 2 convertible have been shared by MSPoweruser. According to sources, the Surface Go 2 is due to be launched within the next few weeks, meaning it could see the light of day by early May. The successor to the Surface Go will come with an Intel Core m3-8100Y processor.

A price range for the Microsoft Surface Go 2 has also been offered up. It appears the entry-level device will cost US$399, which is in line to a previous report from a different source. However, new information states that the top-end SKU will cost US$650. That particular Surface Go 2 is expected to be an LTE model for users who want constant mobile connectivity.

As for the latest refresh of the Microsoft Surface Book – well it appears the two models will be called the Microsoft Surface Book 3 13 and the Microsoft Surface Book 3 15, so no random leaps to whole new numbering or naming systems as favored by other OEMs lately. The 13.5-inch Surface Book 3 could start at a price of around US$1,400.
