According to Honey’s price tracker, the US$999.99 ASUS TUF F15 price is a 120-day low first seen in August of this year.
The key selling point of the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 on sale is the RTX 4070 laptop GPU on offer. One look at major retailers like Newegg is enough to confirm that it is quite rare to see an RTX 4070-equipped laptop for US$1000. For instance, the cheapest RTX 4070 machine on Newegg costs US$1,299.99 at the time of writing. The story is similar on Amazon where the Eluktronics RP-15 G2 is the lowest priced RTX 4070 gaming notebook coming in at US$1,300.
In addition to the RTX 4070, the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 under discussion packs a Core i7-12700H CPU, 16 GB of DDR4 memory, 1 TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage, and a 15.6-inch FHD display.
