Prices range from $2000 for the GeForce RTX 5070, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, or Core Ultra 5 245K up to $5600+ for the RTX 5090, Ryzen 9 9950X3Dm or the Core Ultra 9 285K.

The pre-built Maingear MG-1 series of gaming PCs was updated last summer with AMD Zen 5 processor options. For 2025, the series is being updated yet again with the latest AMD, Intel, and Nvidia options to be some of the most powerful gaming PCs money can buy.

As mentioned in the press release below, users can configure with the Ryzen 7 7800X3D or Core Ultra 5 245K at the base level up to the Ryzen 9 9950X3D or Core Ultra 9 285K at the highest level. Meanwhile, GPU options range from the GeForce RTX 5070 up to the RTX 5090 with the latter including a beefy 1200 W PSU.

Prices range from just under $2000 up to $5650 or $6000 if configured to the maximum.

Other than the internal upgrades, the external design remains the same as before. The chassis is notable for its swappable LED-lit magnetic front covers to add a level of customization for owners.

As for Maingear's other PC models like the North, Zero, or Rush series, the PC builder says similar processor options will be available for them in the near future. The MG-1 is Maingear's flagship series and so any major hardware announcements will debut on the MG-1 first before eventually trickling down to midrange models.

Pre-built PCs are currently an easy way to secure a new GeForce RTX 50 GPU as the graphics cards continue to be very difficult to find at prices close to MSRP.
