The MIUI 12 beta global stable update has started rolling out OTA for random users of the global variant of the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro smartphone. Xiaomi has requested that those who receive and install the new skin for Android 10 provide feedback about the overall process and help with any bug discovery. The update, V12.0.1.0.QJAMIXM, will give Mi 10 Pro users the opportunity to test out the full feature set of MIUI 12.
One of those most-reported features is Super Wallpapers, which unfortunately not every Xiaomi smartphone owner will get to enjoy. The Super Wallpapers deliver interactive backgrounds and change views depending on the owner’s desired usage of the smartphone. However, only users of the Xiaomi Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, Mi 10 Lite, Mi 9, Mi 9T Pro, Mi 8, Mi 8 Pro, Mi Mix 3, Redmi K20 Pro, and Poco F2 Pro will have official support for this feature.
Once the beta testing phase for the MIUI 12 global stable update on the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has been completed then a wider rollout for the rest of the public can be expected, possibly within a couple of weeks. The Mi 10 Pro excelled in our review of it, with praise coming its way for the terrific OLED display and its high standard of workmanship.
