Logitech has released new G PRO X and G PRO gaming headsets for 2019. The new models have been designed with the input of esports gamers while the G PRO X also features a collaboration with Blue microphones on a new Blue VO!CE feature.

Logitech has launched the new G PRO X and G PRO gaming headsets targeted at esports gamers. With this in mind, the company sought input from some of the top esports gamers going around to give added comfort and durability for intense and extended gaming sessions. The range topping G PRO X also features a collaboration with Blue microphones, a recent acquisition, resulting in a new Blue VO!CE integrated recording and playback function.

The new functionality allows gamers to quickly select a preset filter profile tailored to their voice's unique tone and volume. It also offers pro-grade effects including a compressor, de-esser and de-popper as well for added clarity that could hold it in good stead for recording video voiceovers as well as even podcasting. The G PRO X also picks up soft memory foam earpads as well as an additional set of velour-covered earpads for the ideal match.

Both the G PRO X and the G PRO are fitted with Logitech's Pro-G 50mm audio driver made from a hybrid mesh material for added bass and an overall cinematic sound. The G PRO X also offers support for DTS Headphone: X 2.0 surround sound for a simulated 3D audio effect. Both headsets will reach retailers globally this month and will retail for US$130 and US$100 respectively.
