Logitech Playmaster software will improve your shooting skills in esport games
If you’re a fan of PC shooters you will be familiar with how there are some players that seem to have an advantage. Aside from outright cheating for an advantage, aiming trainers like Kovaak 2.0 can often be one reason players have an edge aside from outright talent -- “practice makes perfect” as they say. Logitech has just launched its own skill improvement software called Playmaster under its Logitech G brand that it has built in conjunction with esports teams to hone player’s skills in popular esports titles.
When players enter the Playmaster portal for the first time, a simple 30 minute-long baseline skills test provides an assessment of their ability. This identifies their strengths and weaknesses and compares how they perform relative to the community average as well as the top players in the world. Following the assessment, a customized training program helps improve a player’s ability to detect enemies, aim and manage recoil among other tips.
Playmaster is designed for both serious and casual gamers, so anyone can give it a go to see if it will help them improve their competitiveness. Until now, the software has been in development with the esports community and Logitech has now opened the beta to the public. The first game supported by Playmaster is Counter Strike: Global Offensive. More titles are in development for future releases.
