Lenovo has confirmed pricing for the ThinkBook Plus G7 Auto Twist via a JD.com reservation listing, revealing the first confirmed price for the laptop with a motorised hinge ahead of a wider release.

Lenovo has opened reservations for the ThinkBook Plus G7 Auto Twist on JD.com, revealing the first confirmed price for the laptop with a motorised hinge. The listing covers the domestic Chinese market rather than the global release Lenovo confirmed earlier this month. Lenovo first showed the device in September 2024 at IFA as a concept called the ThinkBook Auto Twist before it resurfaced in January 2026 at CES under its current name, with a release initially planned for June 2026.

The JD.com listing shows a single configuration priced at CNY 18,999, or roughly US$2,820 / €2,430 at current exchange rates, with the preorder period running from August 19 to 21. Even though the price looks steep on paper, it is not unusual for the ThinkBook Plus lineup. The laptop pairs the Core Ultra X7 358H with 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD. A cheaper Core Ultra 5 325 variant is available globally, but the Chinese listing omits that option.

The specifications match those Lenovo has already listed on PSREF. The ThinkBook Plus G7 Auto Twist weighs 1.4 kg and measures 313 × 233 × 16.15 mm, with a fingerprint reader in the power button, an IR camera for Windows Hello, dual-antenna Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, HDMI 2.1, two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports, and two USB-A ports. The 14-inch OLED display and 75 Wh battery also match Lenovo's official listing for the global variants.

As with any retail preorder listing, the price and configuration shown could change before general sales begin.
