Lenovo V14’s display has a TN panel (AUO B140HTN02.0 (AUO203D)) with a Full HD resolution, quick reaction times and a comfortable backlight in terms of PWM. On the downside sit the poor viewing angles, mediocre contrast ratio, and modest color coverage.

The Lenovo V14 G2 only costs 329 dollars (256 GB), is equipped with passive cooling and offers a good keyboard and various expandability options. With its Intel Pentium Silver N6000 quad-core processor, it is sufficient for office tasks. However, the use of an external monitor could be a priority.

So to wrap up this review, I think the Lenovo V14 (Gen 4) is easily the best budget laptop in Nepal right now. This thing is very much your run-of-the-mill cheap laptop in a lot of ways, although its display and powerful performance easily sets it apart from the rest of the herd. Which means if you’re a student, a small business owner, or just about anyone looking to buy a nice, affordable laptop under NPR 80,000, this is it. The Lenovo V14 (Gen 4) is one of those rare budget laptops that doesn't feel like a budget laptop in a lot of ways. Especially in terms of performance and display, which are often (and unfairly) overlooked on an affordable laptop.

Lenovo: Lenovo ("Le" from English legend, novo (Latin) for new) was founded in 1984 as a Chinese computer trading company. As of 2004, the company was the largest laptop manufacturer in China and, after acquiring IBM's PC division in 2005, the fourth largest in the world. In addition to desktops and notebooks, the company manufactures monitors, projectors, servers, etc, and specializes in developing, manufacturing and marketing consumer electronics, personal computers, software, enterprise solutions and related services.
In 2016, the company ranked first in the world in computer sales. It still held it in 2023 with about 23% global market share. Important product lines are Thinkpad, Legion and Ideapad.
In 2011, it acquired a majority stake in Medion AG, a European computer hardware manufacturer. In 2014, Motorola Mobility was purchased, which gave Lenovo a boost in the smartphone market.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

14.00:
14 inch display size represents a middle ground between the small subnotebook formats and the screens of the standard 15 inch laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, provides good resolutions with usable detail sizes, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact.
In the past, 14-inch devices were very rare, but now they are the standard for laptops after the 15-inchers.

74.7%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
