Last year, Lenovo released the ThinkPad-inspired ThinkPhone in collaboration with its subsidiary Motorola. The handset can still be had for just $399.28 (43% off its MSRP) at Amazon US, making it a great option for buyers looking for a midrange all-rounder.
The ThinkPhone features a 6.6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 (402 ppi) and a 144 Hz maximum refresh rate. According to Motorola, it has a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, supports HDR10+, and is protected by a sheet of Gorilla Glass Victus. Additionally, the handset combines an aluminum frame with an aramid fiber inlay back, and it comes with IP68 and MIL-STD-810H certifications.
Moving on to the cameras, there's a 50-megapixel primary shooter with OIS, a 13-megapixel ultrawide, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor on the back, along with a 32-megapixel selfie cam housed in a hole-punch cutout.
Powering the ThinkPhone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset joined by 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 flash. The 5,000 mAh battery can charge at up to 68 W with the included power brick and up to 15 W wirelessly.
Connectivity-wise, the phone supports WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, while the Type-C port is USB 3.1 compatible. The ThinkPhone boots Android 13 out of the box, with Motorola promising three years of OS updates along with four years of security patches.
