A new clip has been posted to the Twitter accounts for Nvidia GeForce, ROG Global, Lenovo Legion, and MSI Gaming. There is more revelation than tease in the latest video, which is accompanied with the text “Tomorrow. Are you ready?”. At first glance, viewers are treated to the sight of the lean laptop and the Matrix code once more, with the clip ending with a blinding flash.
If you pause the video just before the flash of white light, it’s very clear to see the number “16” on the display. So it’s safe to say that something from Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 16 series is coming to the mobile gaming world. Fortunately, a few patient tweeters have taken screenshots that add to the reveal: “GTX 1660 Ti” is written in the streaming code.
Something that seems to have been overlooked at the moment is another telltale clue from Nvidia. Near the end, if you pause the clip once more, it’s possible to see the word “supercharger” (screenshot below). This is the same word the green team used to describe the desktop version of the GTX 1660 Ti. It looks like those who prefer to game on their laptop could be in for a treat.
