GMKtec has another mini PC on offer, the K11, which has an unusual appearance: thanks to a glass cover on the top, you can catch a glimpse of the internal RGB-illuminated fan. A powerful cooling system is thus advertised, which is intended to ensure that the installed AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS is adequately utilized. In terms of graphics processing, users have to make do with the integrated AMD Radeon 780M, but an external graphics card can be connected via OCuLink. The NucBox K11 is available in three configurations: as a barebone, or with 32GB RAM and a 1 TB SSD, or with 32GB RAM and a 2 TB SSD. These are priced at $479.99, $599.99 and $649.99, respectively.
Upgrades are possible: Up to 96 GB of DDR5 RAM can be installed, for which two slots are available. The same applies to M.2 storage media, so two M.2 2280 SSDs can also be installed via PCIe. Two Ethernet ports with a maximum data transfer rate of 2.5 GBit/s each are on board for network connections, while wireless connectivity is supported via WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Up to four monitors can be connected via HDMI, DisplayPort and two USB 4 ports, while power supply via USB PD is supported. USB 3.2 and USB 2.0 in type A are also available.
Shipping is free worldwide and import fees are already included in the total price. For an additional fee of $13, buyers can purchase insurance that protects against damage, loss or delay during shipping.
A possible alternative: Buy the AtomMan X7 Ti at Amazon.
