The popular portable power station brand Jackery has partnered with Creality to offer consumers new ways to charge their next 3D print - solar included. The new "Power your Creativity" bundles can unlock savings of up to $199 compared to the purchase of their contents separately at the time of writing. Can they beat separate purchases on other platforms such as Amazon?

Jackery asserts that it can help 3D printing enthusiasts achieve the dreams of those outdoor prints beyond the confines of a power grid (and even an extension cord) that they apparently have through a new agreement with Creality.

It allows the increasingly successful printer brand to sell its stock through jackery.com - so long as they are bundled with an Explorer-series portable power station.

To that end, you can now buy the K1C, a new "AI Camera"-equipped enclosed model rated to print with carbon fiber with an up to 300 degrees Celsius (°C, or 572 degrees Fahrenheit °F) hotend, with an Explorer 2000 Plus for a price of $1,999, or $199 less than the cost of both devices combined on Amazon right now.

Alternatively, Jackery's Explorer 1000 Plus/Creality Ender 3 V3 Plus bundle goes for $1,199 - however, as they can be found for $699 and $519 on Amazon respectively, that deal is not as compelling, even though the 1000 Plus is in Renewed condition in that case.

In addition, the V3 Plus can be had for up to $80 less with a Prime subscription, thereby negating any benefit of Jackery's offer in that case.

Finally, while Jackery suggests that the combos will empower the user to 3D-print using solar power, the requisite panel is not included in this deal.
