The Infinix Hot 30 5G performs smoothly most of the time and does not stutter even when switching between multiple apps. The performance combined with the large 6,000mAh battery means you won’t have to worry about charging in the middle of the day. The only reason to not buy the phone is the software update. Most smartphones by the company generally receive only one OS update, which is a bummer since most other brands offer at least two years of Android updates. If you are willing to look past the sunlight visibility, don’t care about software updates, and are looking for a solid budget 5G device, the Infinix Hot 30 5G is an easy recommendation, offering more performance and battery compared to the recently launched Redmi 12 5G (review), Poco M6 Pro and others.

Infinix has been impressively carving out a niche in the budget smartphone market recently. Its phones boast commendable cameras, battery life, and performance, making them worthy contenders against other brands. Personally, I have greatly enjoyed the Infinix Note 30 for its camera and performance, but my experience with the Infinix Hot 30 5G was somewhat disappointing. While the Hot 30 5G offers a robust battery life, a large display, and a decent camera, it falls short in some fundamental areas. The back panel feels cheap and detracts from the overall design of the phone. Furthermore, the performance leaves something to be desired, making it less than ideal for gaming enthusiasts. However, if you're seeking a budget smartphone for basic daily tasks like making calls and checking social media, the Infinix Hot 30 5G will serve you well. Nonetheless, there are better options available in a similar price range that offer superior display and performance.

I liked the Infinix HOT 30. Cool original design and performance. Not bad technical characteristics, as for a budget model, not bad performance. High-quality display – colours, saturation, smoothness of the image. Interesting elongated format of the smartphone – at first uncomfortable, but then you get used to it and this format begins, on the contrary, like it. Pleasantly surprised by the camera and its application. I liked the shell XOS – for me it is like a native, did not have to get used to it at all. From the minuses I can highlight the low performance in demanding games, but given the price of HOT 30, I did not expect more from it and did not expect more. Verdict – I recommend it! Infinix HOT 30 - a stylish beauty with "big eyes", which can take its place in the segment of budget smartphones and become a worthy competitor to many of them.

The Infinix Hot 30 5G offers a sharp and fluid panel, a decent main camera, and a capable chipset for the price. It also has added advantages like IP rating, NFC, and a 2-day battery. That said, the Infinix Hot 30 5G is easily one of the best 5G smartphones under Rs 13,000 and probably the best-value phone that you can buy. Other options with similar specs include Vivo T2x and Realme Narzo 60 5G. The former comes with a 60Hz water-drop notch display for Rs 13,000, whereas, the latter has an AMOLED panel but has a smaller battery and is expensive coming at Rs 18,000.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.78.4%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
