Source: Igeekphone English
Obviously, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is still undertaking the mission of exploring the most cutting-edge technologies and embarking on the top-level specifications. Huawei Mate 30 5G is bound to become the best price, top flagship configuration specifications, and unique design language. The first “explosive” in the 5G era, stabilized at the end of 2019 and the main force of the 5G flagship in 2020.

The Huawei Mate 30 5G is a high-end smartphone with lots to offer. The colours of the Mate 30 5G radiate in every light and shadow, reflecting the splendid Milky way, Graceful violet, Treasured emerald and Mysterious night. The display of the Huawei Mate 30 5G is beautiful. Users can look at the curved 6.53” OLED display from any angle to see the fusion of aesthetics and craftsmanship which produced this incredible piece of art. The broad view and stunning colours are capable of immersing users in the real scene. Without hesitation, just a natural finger touch on the display unlocks the phone with ultra-fast speed. The fingerprint verification has become a part of users’ habits, while it is also a popular and reliable method of quick payment to save users’ efforts. The new Always-on-Display colours can change with time. Aside from that, the larger title fonts and greater space create the stylish look of a magazine layout. As for the camera, it has a 40MP SuperSensing Camera. Users can find rich details and clarity in every picture, day and night. The 3x Optical Zoom, 5x Hybrid Zoom and up to 30x Digital Zoom will bring far-away surprises closer to users’ eyes.

Users can benefit from the entry-level protection of the smartphone using face and fingerprint verification to unlock the phone. With App lock, user privacy and property can be protected at app-level. The Kirin 990 5G can achieve significant performance with lower power consumption. The World’s 1st Flagship 5G SoC powered by a 7nm + EUV1 processor supports SA and NSA network architectures, peak download speed and wide frequencies of FDD and TDD. Furthermore, the brand-new architecture of Big-Core plus Tiny-Core NPU vastly improves AI capability. Matched with 8 GB of RAM, multitasking between different apps becomes a breeze. As for storage options, it has the options of 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB. To power the powerful Mate 30 5G, the battery was upgraded to 4200 mAh (typical value), which can easily support a user’s one-day requirement. It benefits from the chipset’s improved power efficiency and intelligent power management system to power even longer than before. Huawei SuperCharge also allow users to quickly charge their device and continue going on with their day. In conclusion, the Huawei Mate 30 5G is a high-performance smartphone with top-notch hardware. It is aimed at users who need a powerful device on the go. However, the Mate 30 5G is not a cheap device, thus users who want this device will need to have high budget.

ARM Mali-G76 MP16: Integrated graphics card based on the second generation of the Bifrost architecture. Uses 16 of the 20 possible clusters and according to ARM offers twice the performance per cluster than the old Mali-G72. It is used in the Kirin 990 5G and according to Huawei should be about 6% faster and 20% more efficient than a Adreno 640 in a Snapdragon 855.

Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.

Kirin 990 5G: ARM based octa-core SoC with 2x Cortex-A76 up to 2.86 GHz (performance), 2x A76 with up to 2.36 (balance) and 4x Cortex-A53 with up to 1.95 GHz (power saving). Integrates a neural processor (2+1 cores), a ARM Mali-G76 MP16 GPU at up to 700 MHz and a Balong 5G modem. Compared to the 4G version, the 5G 990 is slightly higher clocked (2 of the 3 clusters and the GPU). The SoC is manufactured in 7nm at TSMC.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

Only a few smartphones have larger screens.
Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.
