Honor launches affordable power banks with fast charging and built-in cables

Honor has launched 10,000mAh and 20,000mAh power banks. The company claims they can charge the Honor Magic8 and Xiaomi 17 Pro to 20%, the iPhone 17 Pro to 28%, and the Huawei Pura 80 to 25% in 30 minutes.
Their maximum 22.5W output is also considerably lower than the 100W supported by Huawei's newly launched SuperCharge P0024.
Honor's rated output matches that of Xiaomi's 20,000mAh power bank with an integrated cable. Xiaomi also offers 20,000mAh power banks with built-in cables and up to 67W charging. These models provide higher maximum output, while Honor offers a choice of 10,000mAh and 20,000mAh capacities. Actual charging speeds depend on device compatibility and supported charging protocols.
The integrated cable can charge compatible devices or recharge the power bank, while separate USB-A and USB-C ports provide additional connection options. Honor also says the power banks support simultaneous charging of multiple devices.
A digital display shows the remaining battery level, and an NTC temperature-control chip helps manage temperature during use. Honor advertises additional safety protections and lists both models as 3C-certified and suitable for air travel under applicable Chinese rules.
The 10,000mAh model is 16.68mm (0.66 inches) thick and weighs 200g (0.44 lbs). The 20,000mAh version is 24.9mm (0.98 inches) thick and weighs 313g (0.69 lbs), making the smaller model thinner and lighter to carry.
Pricing and availability
The Honor Life 10,000mAh power bank costs 148 yuan (approximately $22), while the 20,000mAh version is priced at 198 yuan (approximately $30). Both are available through Honor's official JD.com store in China. The company has not announced international availability or pricing.
