Hisense A5KQ 2-in-1 1080p TV and monitor has just arrived
Hisense has launched the A5KQ TV in European countries, including Spain and Germany. The device is currently available in two sizes, 32-in and 40-in. The 1080p FHD QLED TV display has Quantum Dot technology, producing over 1,000,000,000 colors. The screen has a typical brightness of 200 nits, a 60 Hz vertical sync frequency and an 8 ms response time.
Other features of the A5KQ include an AI sports mode with motion smoothing, a game mode with a faster response time and intelligent noise reduction to sharpen the picture. The VIDAA interface enables you to watch content via apps like Disney+, Netflix and Apple TV, or you can wirelessly screen mirror from a mobile device via Anyview. While the Hisense TV may seem relatively basic, Hisense suggests it could also function as a monitor when you connect via USB-C.
The gadget lacks a DisplayPort but has HDMI 1.4 ARC, HDMI 1.4 ports and a headphone jack. You can tilt the screen backwards by up to 8° for a more comfortable viewing angle. Plus, the device has two integrated 8W speakers, supporting Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual:X technologies. The Hisense 32A5KQ TV is now available in countries including Spain and Germany for €399 (~US$438), while the larger 40A5KQ model costs €499 (~US$438).
