Haier has launched the new Civic X11 robot vacuum series as it continues to expand its smart home offerings. The new lineup includes the Civic X11 and the Civic X11 Pro, priced at Rs 29,999 and Rs 59,999 (which converts to $346.87 and $693.74 at the time of writing).
As with Xiaomi's latest S40 and H40 robot vacuum cleaners, the X11 and X11 Pro are quite similar in terms of power, battery life, and features; however, they do have some slight differences.
Both have a 5000pa suction power and feature brushless motors, which (supposedly) can maintain low noise levels of 65db or less. There is also a 2600mAh battery, which is said to deliver 120 minutes of run time. In terms of capacity, both the X11 and X11 Pro have a 250ml dustbin and a 300ml water tank.
When it comes to mapping and collision avoidance, the Civic X11 series uses advanced Laser Navigation Technology. In addition, the products can store up to five different maps of various areas and floors. They also have 20mm gradeability, meaning they can clear thresholds and obstacles up to 20mm in height.
With the HaiSmart App, restricted zones can be set up, and the Civic lineup can be controlled via Google Voice Control. Users can also use compatible Google or Android TVs to control these robot vacuums, too.
Where the two robot vacuums differ is their functionality. The X11 offers 2-in-1 mop and sweep functions, while the X11 Pro has 3-in-1 mop, sweep, and automatic dust collection.
Both the Civic X11 and the Civic X11 Pro are now available at Haier’s official online store, most leading electronic retailers, and Flipkart.
