Reviews for the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle

60% HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle Review

The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle is a good value-for-money phone. It does come with some characteristic features, such as the stereo speakers and the unique design, that set it apart from other devices in its class.

At a first glance the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle looks like a premium device. But under those good looks lies a simple phone with medium range specs and a decent camera that's priced appropriately under AED 1000.

Performance leaves a lot to be desired, though, as does the camera. If you can stretch to it, the £330 OnePlus 3 is easily the better buy. If your headphones never leave your head, though? This could still just about be one to consider.

80% HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle Review: A Stylish Smartphone With Decent Performance

HTC doesn’t require any introduction, but yes it was out of the Indian market from last few months. It announces 6 devices, ranging from mid to high-end, in the month of May 2016 to compete with its rivals in each category. As HTC is known mainly for its style and sound, this time also they keep both things on the top.

70% HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle review: This one is all about the style
Source: The Indian Express English
Yes, if you like the design and style of this phone and would rather be seen with an HTC than a slightly more powerful phone from a lesser known brand that cost you the same. This phone has no major negatives except for the fact that it might be a bit overpriced for what it is offering. But then, that has been HTC all along.

Qualcomm Adreno 305: Integrated mid-range graphics card in the Snapdragon 400 and S4 Plus SoCs that supports OpenGL ES 3.0 and features unified shaders. These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible. » Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Graphics Cards and the corresponding Benchmark List.
400 MSM8928: ARM Cortex-A7 Quad-Core clocked at up to 1.6 GHz, manufactured in 28nm LP. Supports LTE. » Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
5.5":

This display is quite big for a smartphone but frequently used for smartphones.

Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.

» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.
0.155 kg:

Only few smartphones are more lightweight than this.

HTC:

High Tech Computer Corporation (HTC) is a Taiwanese manufacturer of mobile phones and other electronic products. In 2012, HTC stopped producing tablets under their own name. In 2012-2013, they faced heavy sales declines. Since then, the company is medium-sized in the smartphone sector. There are numerous reviews on HTC Smartphones (as of 2016).

62.92%: Such a bad rating is rare. There exist hardly any notebooks, which are rated worse.
» Further information can be found in our Notebook Purchase Guide.
