I think after using the laptop for nearly a month, I understand the polarizing views. The point of a 2-in-1 laptop is supposed to be that it can function both as a traditional laptop and aid in a professional setting, as well as double up as a tablet and let users do creative stuff with it. And while HP packs a touch-enabled display and a stylus, the touch sensitivity and the color gamut lets down the more display-oriented tasks such as digital art and editing. On the other hand, a power-efficient chipset also takes away from it being able to handle such performance-heavy tasks. So, in essence, the laptop is reduced into a work and entertainment unit. So, if you are someone who wants to experience this technology and try out a 2-in-1 laptop, it offers a strong proposition.

The HP Pavilion x360 is a modest convertible device good for basic everyday use. It has a thin-and-lightweight construction, touchscreen with support for stylus, backlit keyboard, and latest 13th Gen Intel Core processor. At Rs, 83,999, however, it is on the expensive side of the price spectrum since there is no parameter where the device truly shines.

HP’s popular Pavilion series is famous for its looks and versatility. The Pavilion x360 offers both at a good price. The sharp touchscreen display, fast processor, comfortable keyboard, and long battery life are among its strong suits. It is also one of the best machines to do video calls on. If you can ignore the downsides such as low brightness display and quiet speakers, the HP Pavilion x360 is a good option at around Rs 78,000.

Barring a few drawbacks like a dull display and DDR4 RAM, the laptop does seem to pack a lot of stuff that makes it a machine that can work well in most situations. On top of that, having a high-resolution web camera in this day and age also gives this laptop an edge over the competition. Overall, if you are looking for a compact laptop with a touch display and the latest processor, the HP Pavilion x360 (2023) is a good package at an asking price of Rs 78,199.

There are hardly any tablets in this display size range anymore. For subnotebooks, on the other hand, it is the standard format.
The advantage of subnotebooks is that the entire laptop can be small and therefore easily portable. The smaller display also has the advantage of requiring less power, which further improves battery life and thus mobility. The disadvantage is that reading texts is more strenuous on the eyes. High resolutions are more likely to be found in standard laptops.

67.25%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
