Lightness is good and HP adding that in abundance to the Aero 13 makes it highly practical and desirable. Hence, if you have a budget of ₹80,000 to spend on a laptop you need for your hybrid work-from-home routine, your educational needs, or just for personal entertainment, I highly recommend the HP Pavilion Aero 13. It’s not the most exciting looking Windows laptop at this price but the rest of the package is fantastic. Its highly portable form factor, a solid keyboard, reliable performance, and a nice display make it a great choice. Battery life is a downside though and if you need that dearly, the Apple MacBook Air M1 is still the benchmark in this class.

HP Pavilion Aero 13 is a great looking portable laptop. It should cater to most young professionals who are looking for a stylish-looking everyday laptop. It is lightweight, and in Pale Rose Gold the colour option looks stunning. But, the HP Pavilion Aero 13 has its share of shortcomings which also play a part in keeping the prices in check. While the design is the biggest USP of the HP Pavilion Aero 13, the display isn't the best I have used. The laptop offers snappy performance and should be an excellent everyday laptop. However, it isn't an ideal machine for gamers, so look elsewhere. At Rs 79,999, the HP Pavilion Aero 13 can be a great super light laptop that can handle almost all tasks. Talking about alternatives, users who have the budget but need more from their next laptop can look at the Asus Zenbook Duo 14, HP Pavilion x360, or a slightly cheaper Microsoft Surface Laptop Go. If you have the budget and are looking beyond Windows, then the MacBook Air M1 is an excellent option and is currently available with discounts.

This Pavilion Aero 13 does almost everything right and is one of the best-balanced mid-tier ultrabooks that you can buy right now. What you're getting here is a sub 1-kilo 13-inch laptop that's built well, offers good inputs, uncompromised IO, and a nice matte-screen, as well as a balanced hardware implementation for daily use and occasional light-work and gaming. On the other hand, this laptop still shows its budget nature here and there, but the arguably short battery life is for me the only real potential deal-breaker here.

To me, the Aero 13 is the kind of notebook I would personally want to buy. It’s small, lightweight, and reliable enough to be my personal computer. It isn’t a cheap notebook and costs Rs 79,999. That said, this is a powerful machine that will easily handle most tasks with ease. Not to forget, the Aero 13 is a mainstream notebook aimed at average users.

The Aero 13 is to laptops what Bumblebee is to film. Until that 2018 release, every Transformers movie was awful. Then seemingly out of nowhere, a spin-off arrives and makes you consider whether something could come of the franchise. I'm not saying Bumblebee was the height of cinema, and like that movie, the Aero 13 has its faults. But despite those drawbacks, you won't find a better laptop for around $700. Highlights of this notebook include fast performance from AMD Ryzen chips, a featherweight magnesium alloy chassis, and a bright and vivid 13.3-inch display. You even get a generous selection of ports and a fingerprint sensor for fast login. It hardly seems worth voicing my gripes, but a larger glass touchpad, an IR camera, and quad speakers top my list of "wants" for the next model. I try to enter each review with a blank slate, but my expectations for the Aero 13 were admittedly low once I read "Pavilion" on the box. That's because HP's budget-to-midrange Pavilion laptops rarely find themselves in the same sentence as "fast performance," "gorgeous display," or "portable."

But some of the Pavilion’s most exceptional traits — the brightness, the weight, and the battery life — are difficult to beat, even at much higher price points. Despite the Aero’s drawbacks, those things alone make it seem like a no-brainer over budget competitors like the Acer Swift 3, which has the same build and audio issues without those standout benefits. And there are plenty of bonus features — the 16:10 screen, the surprisingly quiet fans, and the powerhouse eight-core processor — to ice the cake. All in all, the Pavilion Aero is an appealing package. Despite its moniker, it’s much more Envy than Pavilion.

The HP Pavilion Aero 13 is a sleek little ultra-portable ultrabook computer at a price you can almost only love. It has a surprisingly good processor and a trustworthy design, which you have to look closely to discover the difference between it and more expensive PCs. The graphics processor is downright miserable – but no worse than the Intel UHD Graphics that was the norm in Intel-based ultrabooks until recently. If you need a laptop for work or study that can be carried in your bag all days of the year, it is difficult to find an equally attractive offer in the price range.

If you’re looking for a great all-around ultraportable laptop for under $1,000, then I think you need the HP Pavilion Aero 13 ($839 as reviewed). That’s because the HP Pavilion Aero 13 offers a powerful AMD Ryzen 7 CPU backed by a bright, colorful 13.3-inch display along with a clicky keyboard and a superlight chassis, all for a great price. However, some people may not like the small keyboard deck and the lack of a microSD card slot. But those are cons you could easily get over when you think about how awesome the HP Pavilion Aero 13 is. It’s easily one of the best laptops you can buy; read on to see why.

The HP Pavilion Aero 13 is a light and compact laptop that offers excellent performance and decent build quality. The laptop weighs just 990g, making it one of the lightest laptops in the world. The chassis is made from Magnesium Alloy, and the laptop has a brushed aluminium finish. The laptop's 16:10 FHD+ display is excellent and offers more screen real estate than a conventional 16:9 panel. The keyboard is a 60% keyboard, and the trackpad is relatively small, but the keys have a 1.5mm travel and are relatively silent. The laptop is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 7735U CPU featuring 8-Cores, 16-Threads with 4.7GHz Max Boost Clock and 28W TDP, with 16GB LPDDR5 RAM running at 6400MHz, and a 1TB NCME PCIe Gen 4 SSD. The HP Pavilion Aero 13 is an excellent option for those who need a powerful, lightweight laptop that can handle most productivity tasks with ease.
