HP's Envy x360 14 2-in-1 laptop features a high refresh rate 2.8K OLED screen, a 12-core Intel Core Ultra 7 155U processor, 16 GB of RAM, as well as a 1 TB SSD. A sleek aluminum chassis and Thunderbolt 4 complete the package, and it all comes in at just under $800.

The HP Envy x360 14 convertible can currently be had for only $799.99 on the company's own webstore by adding the discount code “SURPRISEPC50” during checkout. Its main selling point is the 14-inch OLED touchscreen with a resolution of 2,880 × 1,800, up to 120 Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and 500 nits peak brightness in HDR mode.

Inside, you'll find a Meteor Lake processor, the Intel Core Ultra 7 155U, paired with 16 GB of LPDDR5-6400 memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. Unfortunately, just the WLAN card and NVMe SSD are upgradeable, the latter supporting units up to M.2 2280 in size, with the RAM being soldered and no SODIMM/CAMM slots being present.

When it comes to connectivity, you're getting one Thunderbolt 4 port (40 Gbps, DisplayPort 2.1, Power Delivery), a 10 Gbps USB-C port (DisplayPort 2.1, Power Delivery), another couple of 10 Gbps USB-A, HDMI 2.1, as well as a 3.5 mm headphone/microphone combo jack. In addition, an Intel BE200 wireless card provides Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 support.

The notebook's metal body measures 12.34 × 8.62 × 0.67 inches (313 × 219 × 17 mm) and weighs 3.08 lbs (1.39 kg), while its 59 Wh battery can fast charge to 50% in approximately 30 minutes thanks to the 65 W USB-C power adapter.

In our review of the HP Envy x360 14, we were left impressed by its gorgeous OLED screen and silent cooling system, with the main drawback being the overly power-constrained processor.
