Gulikit teases a new pro controller with adjustable triggers and low latency

GuliKit is ready to expand its ES series of controllers. Made for esports, the series already consists of the GuliKit ES and the GuliKit ES Pro; and now they are going to be joined by a third model that will launch as the GuliKit ES Max.

The announcement was made by the manufacturer's official X account, and the post includes a teaser video of the controller. Based on the video, the GuliKit ES Max will be available in black with ABXY buttons in an Xbox layout. It also has asymmetrical thumbsticks and an 8-direction D-pad.

The video also shows the controller has two back buttons and a switch for alternating between PC mode and NS mode. However, the big addition is the adjustable triggers which can be set to non-linear tactile triggers or linear Hall Effect triggers using the micro switch triggers stops.

GuliKit has also revealed that the ES Max controller will feature its proprietary HyperLink 2 wireless technology and ship with the HyperLink 2 adapter. The technology, which is also available on the other ES controllers and the GuliKit TT Max, results in the controller having a latency of 1.87ms and a 1,000Hz polling rate in wired mode, and a 3.25ms latency and a 730Hz polling rate in wireless mode.

When it launches this August, the GuliKit ES Max controller is expected to have a gyroscope for motion controls, support for waking up the Switch/Switch 2, and TMR thumbsticks just like the ES Pro controller (available on Amazon for $29.99).
