GameSir refreshes its wired controller with a PlayStation layout

The Tegenaria Lite is a wired controller made by GameSir that was released in 2025. The super-affordable controller has symmetric thumbsticks and is compatible with multiple platforms. Originally available in two colors, GameSir has now announced the controller will be getting a third.
The new color is a special edition made in collaboration with MenaRD, the Dominican eSports champion and GameSir's brand ambassador. This isn't their first collaboration though, as both parties announced the Tarantula Pro MenaRD edition in August 2025.
Officially called the GameSir Tegenaria Lite MenaRD Edition, the controller has a green faceplate, while the D-Pad, thumbsticks, shoulder buttons and triggers, and ABXY buttons are orange. The back of the controller, the two back buttons, and the USB-A cable are also orange, but the View, Menu, and M buttons are orange. There's also MenaRD's signature in gold on the right grip.
GameSir is already accepting pre-orders for the Tegenaria Lite MenaRD Edition, and like the Retro Gray and Serene White variants, it is also priced at $19.99 (available on Amazon). However, GameSir says it is expected to ship between April and May.
Save for the cosmetic difference, the Tegenaria Lite MenaRD Edition is no different from the standard version. The controller has GameSir's Hall Effect thumbsticks, membrane analog triggers, cushioned membrane buttons, and a membrane D-Pad. It also features laser-engraved textured grips, dual asymmetric rumble motors, turbo function, and a 1,000Hz polling rate. Users can also update the firmware with the GameSir Connect app.
The GameSir Tegenaria Lite MenaRD Edition is compatible with Nintendo Switch/Switch 2 systems, Android, iOS, PC, and Steam.
