In late September, GameSir partnered with HoYoverse to release a special edition of its GameSir G7 Pro Wireless Controller for Xbox that is based on the latter's video game, Zenless Zone Zero. The controller, which has been available to pre-order since then, has now begun shipping to those who pre-ordered it.
The GameSir G7 Pro Zenless Zone Zero Edition Wireless Controller for Xbox costs $129.99, $30 more than the GameSir G7 Pro Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Edition Wireless Controller for Xbox. That price increase can be justified by the additional accessories and gifts included. There's an extra faceplate, eight interchangeable sticks, a carrying case, an acrylic keychain, four silicone thumbstick covers, an in-game item pack redemption card, and an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Card.
The GameSir G7 Pro Zenless Zone Zero Edition Wireless Controller for Xbox has Mag-Res TMR sticks, four remappable buttons including lockable back buttons, and motion control (Windows only). The controller also has Hall Effect triggers with trigger locks, an audio jack, a 1,200mAh battery capacity, and a charging dock.
Functionally, there is no difference between this version and the Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Edition (available on Amazon for $99.99). Both connect via a 2.4GHz wireless dongle to Xbox consoles and PC. They also can be used as a wired controller with Xbox Consoles and PC, and if you have an Android smartphone, you can pair it to the controller via Bluetooth.
With the GameSir G7 Pro Zenless Zone Zero Edition now shipping, it is expected that GameSir will release the Dragon's Dogma edition which was spotted at the Tokyo Game Show, but is yet to be officially announced.
