Earlier in September, Samsung released the standard Galaxy Tab A11 featuring an 8.7-inch display and powered by the Helio G99 chipset. Now, the larger Galaxy Tab A11+ is available for purchase in select markets.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ features an 11-inch TFT LCD panel with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Powering the tablet is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300. It is an 8-core chipset based on a 4nm architecture. On AnTuTu V10, the chipset typically scores around 665K points. For comparison, the Helio G99 found on the vanilla Tab A11 scores around 400K points on AnTuTu V10. The Tab A11+ comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Moreover, it supports expandable storage up to 2TB with a microSD card.
In the camera department, Samsung's latest tablet features a single 8MP rear sensor with autofocus. For selfies, it uses a 5MP camera on the front. The Tab A11+ features a 7,040mAh battery with support for 25W charging via a Type-C 2.0 port.
Notably, the tablet comes out of the box with One UI 8 based on the Android 16 operating system. The tablet weighs 477g (WiFi) and 482g (5G), with a thickness of 6.9mm. The color options include grey and silver. Other features include quad stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Samsung DeX support.
Pricing for the Galaxy Tab A11+
The Galaxy Tab A11+ comes in WiFi and 5G models. The pricing for both models in the UK is listed below:
- WiFi model with 128GB storage: £249 (~$327)
- 5G model with 128GB storage: £299 (~$393)
- WiFi model with 256GB storage: £299 (~$393)
- 5G model with 256GB storage: £349 (~$458)
The tablet is also available in other European markets, including Germany, starting at €279 for WiFi and €329 for 5G models, respectively. There is no information regarding the tablet's availability in the US.
