A hands-on photo of the OnePlus 11 in the wild has leaked on Chinese social media. The image shows the device sporting a flat panel like the OnePlus 10T and not a curved glass like the OnePlus 10 Pro. Meanwhile, OnePlus also released official renders of the OnePlus 11 in the run up to the smartphone's China launch on January 4 followed by a global launch on February 7.

The OnePlus 11 hasn't exactly been a secret with several recent leaks of the smartphone nearly covering its specifications and expected pricing. We have already seen how the OnePlus 11 looks, but the company has now released official renders for the device.

However, the official images still show only the rear of the phone with its prominent circular camera bump and the Hasselblad branding. A post on Weibo now shows the OnePlus 11 in flesh giving us an idea as to how the front side of the phone looks.

The front panel sports a 16 MP selfie camera that is located in the top left corner of the screen similar to what we've seen with the OnePlus 10 Pro. From the image, it appears that OnePlus has opted for a flat design without any glass curvature like the OnePlus 10 T. The curvature in the OnePlus 10 Pro is already quite subtle, so it could be that the curvature, if present, is not captured well in the image. That being said, we now know that the back is definitely a curved panel thanks to official images shared by the company.

Other obvious design features include an alert slider and power button on the right side and the volume rockers on the left. The phone will be available in Volcanic Black and Emerald Forest color options similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro, with the black variant sporting a sandstone finish.

Based on reports so far, the OnePlus 11 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and will feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ 120 Hz AMOLED HDR10+ display. Up to 16 GB RAM and 256 GB storage can be expected. The rear camera hump will offer a triple-camera setup comprised of a 50 MP IMX766 primary sensor, a 48 MP IMX581 ultra-wide, and a 32 MP IMX709 2x telephoto lens.

Recently, an AnTuTu run of the device surfaced online with a score of 1,341,080, surpassing a leaked benchmark score of the Moto X40.

A 5,000 mAh battery, 100 W fast charging, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and an in-display fingerprint reader round up the specifications.

The OnePlus 11 is slated to launch on January 4 in China followed by an Indian/global launch on February 7. OnePlus is said to be dropping the Pro moniker this time around, and the OnePlus 11 will be accompanied by the OnePlus 11R.
