First Mova solar system launches with €300 discount and free smart meter

A few weeks ago, Mova unveiled its first two solar power systems at a launch event in Hamburg. Today, the Mova LumeGret A4000 officially hits the market—at least to some extent. The new product can be pre-ordered directly from Mova at a promotional price until June 8th.
Until then, the LumeGret A4000 can be ordered for 1,099 euros, which represents a 300-euro discount off the recommended retail price (RRP) of 1,399 euros. Additionally, a smart meter worth 99 euros is included for free. Shipping is scheduled to begin on June 9th.
The LumeGret A4000 is the larger of Mova's two solar systems, sitting above the LumeGret A2000. It features a base capacity of 4 kWh, which can be expanded up to 20 kWh if desired. This expansion relies on the LumeGret B4000 expansion battery, each adding 4 kWh, which is available for pre-order at 999 euros instead of its 1,099-euro RRP.
The all-in-one design combines a micro-hybrid inverter, battery, and solar charge controller—a setup similar to other systems on the market, such as the Anker Solix Solarbank. It can handle up to 3,600 W of PV input power, for instance, from eight 450 W panels.
Depending on configuration and usage, the integrated inverter feeds up to 800 W or 2,500 W into the home grid, with the power feed-in managed either by the Mova LumeGret Smart Meter or other compatible energy meters. Additional features of the plug-and-play system include AI optimization that factors in over 600 dynamic electricity tariffs, standard app management, and integration with the 3.6 kW FluxCharge EV charging station.
