Escape From Duckov is a playful nod to Escape from Tarkov, a landmark in the survival shooter genre. In its intense raids, players explore treacherous zones to scavenge weapons and gear. But caution is key, danger could be around any corner. The real tension comes from the high stakes: if you die, you lose everything you've collected. This risk is what keeps the adrenaline pumping.
Duckov follows a similar formula but introduces base building as a key feature. Players can construct their own infrastructure, which serves both as a safe haven and a strategic asset. Over time, you can expand your base to store more loot, craft stronger weapons and ultimately transform into a formidable bird soldier, ready to dominate future missions.
Instead of a grim, realistic setting, Escape from Duckov immerses players in a vibrant yet equally perilous world. Unlike Escape from Tarkov, this is a purely single-player experience with gameplay viewed from a top-down perspective rather than first-person.
