Dreame S10 Pro Ultra: Particularly powerful vacuum and mopping robot with a compact design comes onto the market

Dreame has a new vacuum and mopping robot on offer, but currently only in China. The Dreame S10 Pro Ultra is a particularly compact model: the height is stated as only 10 centimeters. This is relevant insofar the cleaning robot is able to go under furniture, which is likely to result in significantly better cleaning. The relatively flat base station should also be easy to integrate into the home.

The Dreame S10 Pro Ultra offers particularly strong, dry cleaning. As usual, the suction power is given as the negative pressure that can be generated, which is 8000 Pa. In order to deal with longer and numerous hairs, a special solution for cutting them has been installed. This also means that the robot needs to be emptied less often by users. The integration of a rubber roller, intended to remove stubborn dust from carpets, is standard.

Wet cleaning is also said to be carried out at a particularly high level of quality. Stubborn stains, for example, are removed particularly effectively with hot water at 60 °C. The Dreame S10 Pro Ultra cleans itself in the base station after cleaning, which effectively prevents dirt from being carried around. Navigation is handled by a laser, and intelligent route planning is also designed take obstacles into account.

The cleaning robot is now available in China at a price equivalent to around $650. Information about a possible global release is not yet available.
