NVIDIA Quadro T2000 (Laptop): Mid range dedicated graphics card for professional laptops based on the desktop GTX 1650 Ti and therefore the Turing architecture without raytracing and Tensor cores. 

Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

W-10855M: On Comet Lake architecture (4th gen of Skylake) based processor for big and heavy laptops. Integrates six processor cores clocked at 2.8 - 4.7 GHz (most likely 4.2 GHz with 6 cores) that support HyperThreading. Manufactured in an improved 14nm process (14nm++).
