Davinci Motor is a company that claims to be increasingly well-known in its native China, and also had a presence at the EICMA 2022 motorcycle expo in Milan, Italy. Now, it has announced plans to gain a foothold in the US market, starting with its inaugural CES appearance.
The OEM is indeed heading to the imminent 2023 Las Vegas tech conference with its new DC100. Davinci Motor is confident that it will blow traditional motorcycles away with its unique and "revolutionary, sci-fi-inspired" design.
The DC100 is also backed to go from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour (km/h, or 60 miles per hour (mph)) in no more than 3 seconds, and to have a top speed of 200km/h, or 124 mph. Davinci Motor has yet to divulge its battery specs, although its estimates that it lasts for 400km (249 miles) per charge at the least.
The e-motorcycle is also touted to launch compatible with level 3 DC fast-charging stations, and to take no more than 30 minutes connected to one. The DC100 will be on show at Booth #10163 in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 5 to 8, 2023.
