Cybertruck goes on Tesla Semi for factory delivery and flaunts cool brake light set from up close
The Cybertruck's cool brake light sequence has been snapped from up close while it was being unloaded from none other but a Tesla Semi trailer. That's the first sighting of Tesla's first electric pickup being carried by its first electric rig, the Semi. That's a lot of first for a simple group photo and a sight to behold for Tesla fans.
The Tesla Semi in the pictures is delivering two Cybertrucks to the Fremont factory in California, as has been the norm in the past week or so, readying them for various final tests or for their first deliveries to customers. The Cybertruck launch event date should be announced any day now, as Tesla is making 10 of the electric pickups daily, while people that Tesla has chosen for early deliveries have reportedly been contacted already over the Cybertruck price and trim options.
The two latest electric vehicles by Tesla look rather futuristic as the company bets that the Semi with its 500-mile range will brave the long-haul truck market with success, while people would fall over the Cybertruck's unorthodox edgy design crafted out of stainless steel.
Speaking of edgy, that's precisely the look of the Cybertruck's brake lights. A picture of them in action right after the Cybertruck's unloading from the Semi trailer shows two squarish brake lights and a third bar light right under the tonneau cover on the truck bed gate.
A recent footage of the interior showed that it will come with ambient lighting as well, so at night the Cybertruck should be a sight to behold with all those cool lighting sequences. The only question left now is how powerful the headlights will be then, given their slit positioning and narrow footprint at the front.
