In some of the cleanest spy photos of the Cybertruck so far, its interior shows that Tesla is going for a theme. The edgy design of the body has been fully transitioned to the interior as well, unlike on the prototype driven by Tesla's chief designer just two months ago.
Tesla is done with round forms for the Cybertuck's interior and has introduced angular cupholders and armrest, rear view mirror, as well as seat adjustment buttons and headrests. Even the acceleration pedal and the unique steering wheel have gotten a whiff of irregular shaping for added measure.
The closeups were caught in a San Jose neighborhood and also managed to show the sole giant wiper and a side FSD camera which, judging by the red tint, is of the new Hardware 4.0 variety with high-res 5MP Samsung sensors.
Unfortunately, Elon Musk admitted that HW4 will be an afterthought until Tesla adapts the upcoming FSD V12 software updates for its existing Hardware 3.0 vehicles, as well as prep it for international release. Thus, the fact that the Cybertruck comes with HW4 paraphernalia, even if it is the full set with upgraded computer, sensors and a radar, doesn't mean that it will be fully operational at launch.
There is also a nice clean shot of the powered tonneau cover and tailgate controls. Set at the edge of the truck bed, the big exterior buttons can slide the automatic tonneau up and down and release the tailgate to extend the truck bed size, or for easier loading.
The interior shot, on the other hand, also confirms that the Cybertruck will come with perforated, vented seats, just as the new Tesla Model 3 Highland that was released on on the 1st of September.
