It’s likely the Apple iPhone 14 series will sell out very quickly but Caviar is guaranteeing that its customers will be among the first to own an iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max, as long as they are willing to shell out US$9,800 or more for a pre-order. However, for that money, you don’t just get a basic iPhone 14 Pro, you actually get a custom smartphone that can be decked out in leather, blinged out in gems or meteorites, or clad in 18K gold.
The cheapest option at the moment is the Champagne Rose iPhone 14 Pro, which features “real pink stingray leather” and mother-of-pearl scaling around the main camera area. The smartphone also comes in a round Caviar-branded tin to emulate the packaging of luxury caviar food. The completely black custom iPhone 14 Pro smartphones are slightly more expensive and come with unique selling points such as gunshot-proof armor (“Total Black"), crocodile leather insert (“Black Night”), and even missile-grade titanium (“Dark Light”, etc.).
Shoppers need to be prepared to part with over US$20,000 for either the top-end “Gold Champagne Crystal” iPhone 14 Pro or the actually striking “Parade of the Planets Golden” model. While the former features the most-expensive option of all – US$25,700 for the iPhone 14 Pro Max with 1 TB storage and nine diamonds – the latter not only comes with working hourglasses and mechanical watches but also sports rock fragments that originated from the moon (lunar meteorite), Mars, the Tsarev meteorite, and the Chelyabinsk meteorite.
Caviar claims that only eight Parade of the Planets Golden custom iPhone 14 Pro smartphones will be made, to represent the eight currently recognized planets in the solar system – prices for this customized iphone start at US$22,940. The site also displays a potential Apple iPhone 14 release date of September 13 along with numerous other references to the upcoming devices made by some well-known leakers, analysts, and media sites.
