Creative Technology has expanded its audio equipment lineup with the Creative Stage Pro. Designed for flexibility, the new soundbar is capable of adapting to both desktop and living room environments – all without taking up too much space thanks to its compact design. The main unit measures roughly 55 x 11 x 8 cm (21.7 x 4.4 x 3.2 in), whilst the wired external subwoofer comes in at around 12 x 27 x 42 cm (4.5 x 10.4 x 16.5 in).
As the higher-end version of the Creative Stage (priced around $100 on Amazon), the Stage Pro features a 160-watt 2.1 sound system, complete with full-range drivers and a long-throw subwoofer. With SuperWide technology and Dolby Digital Plus support, it promises a broad soundstage and a cinematic audio experience.
Offering two unique sound modes, the new Creative soundbar can seamlessly tailor its audio output to various spaces and use scenarios. Near Field mode optimises audio for a desktop setting, effectively turning the device into computer speakers. Meanwhile, Far Field mode transforms it into a conventional TV soundbar suitable for living spaces.
The Creative Stage Pro features an extensive selection of connectivity options, including HDMI, Bluetooth 5.3, optical and AUX inputs, and USB audio. It also supports both ARC and CEC via HDMI, enabling users to control the soundbar straight from a TV remote.
Officially priced at $169.99, the Stage Pro is now available for preorder directly from the Creative Store, with shipping set to begin on 19 August 2025.
