Casio’s next wave of G-Shock watches might be coming just in time for the holidays. Leaked renders shared by well-known tipster @geesghock on Instagram show off three new models decked out in striking red hues, namely, the DW-5600RRB, DW-6900RRB, and GA-110RRB. The leak also reveals a fourth model, the GA-2100RRB, which is said to be part of the same lineup, though it hasn’t surfaced in images yet.
According to the leak, four watches are expected to debut in December, though Casio hasn’t yet confirmed anything officially. Still, the deep red palette and winter timing suggest this could be a Christmas, holiday-inspired release.
As you can see in the leaked renders, each watch features a negative display and carries its familiar design DNA. The DW-5600RRB sports the classic square design, while the DW-6900RRB retains the fan-favorite triple-circle layout and looks particularly eye-catching in red. The GA-110RRB, on the other hand, mixes analog and digital displays in a busier, more modern shell.
While the exact details and specifications have yet to be officially confirmed, all models are expected to offer the company’s signature shock resistance, 200-meter water resistance, as well as standard time-keeping features, including a multi-function alarm, world-time, stopwatch, and auto-calendar.
As we mentioned earlier, there's still no word on when these bold red G-Shock watches will hit the market. As with most Casio launches, they will most likely debut in Japan before making their way to other markets.
In any case, we'll keep an eye out and let you know if we learn more about this upcoming lineup.
