Casio Oceanus watch with striking blue dials launching soon

The Casio Oceanus OCW-T2600AP-1A watch has been launched in Japan. It arrives as one of three new models in the Indigo Ocean - Awa Indigo range, which also includes the OCW-S7000AP-1A and the OCW-S6000AP-1A.
Casio’s Oceanus OCW-T2600AP-1A is a radio-controlled (Multiband 6) watch with support for world time. This model has three analog hands, a basic date display and a day of the week indicator. Plus, there is a 1/20th second stopwatch on a sub-dial, and various time zones are noted on the dial ring. The model is water resistant to 100 m, and Tough Solar charging extends its battery life.
The OCW-T2600AP-1A has a blue, black and silver color scheme. Set into the wave-patterned black sub-dial are three mother-of-pearl sub-dials, each dyed a different shade of blue using the Awa Indigo dyeing technique. Its bezel has a navy blue ion-plated finish, with the casing and bracelet both made from silver colored titanium.
Casio will release the Oceanus OCW-T2600AP-1A watch in Japan on May 22nd with a ¥154,000 (~$967) RRP. It is worth noting that only 800 units of this limited edition model will be produced. The company has yet to announce plans to release this watch in other markets.
