Casio G-Shock GWR-B3000: New GravityMaster watches revealed ahead of launch

New images of an upcoming Casio G-Shock Gravitymaster series have surfaced on Casioblog, corroborating past rumors regarding a potential GWR-B3000 lineup. The leak includes multiple variants, which means this will be a broader release rather than a single model. There is no official confirmation yet.
The leaked models include references such as GWR-B3000-1A, GWR-B3000-2A, and GWR-B3000B-8A. All variants share a new case structure with visible screws on the bezel and a more angular design compared to previous Gravitymaster models. Plus, the watches look to feature a hybrid analog layout with multiple sub-dials. A bezel marked with city codes means the watch will have world time functionality as well. Pushers seem partially recessed into the case, likely for added protection.
Strap designs show a ribbed texture with reinforced lugs to make the watch more durable. The overall build looks more industrial than earlier Gravitymaster designs, that's for sure. Functionality appears to remain the same - there's no clear indication of new complications beyond what existing models already offer.
The Gravitymaster line has focused more on aviation use in the past, especially its resistance to shock, vibration, and centrifugal force. The previous generation, including models like the GWR-B1000, relied heavily on carbon construction. This leak hints otherwise. Based on the visuals, some variants may introduce a metal-heavy build, possibly moving away from fully carbon-focused designs. However, this is not confirmed, and the info should still be taken with a grain of salt, even though the source has a solid track record.
