Deal | Budget Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with 10th gen Core i3 , 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB NVMe SSD is down to less than $300 USD right now
Not everybody needs the latest Core i7 or Core i9 laptop. As much as reviewers and tech sites love to push $1000+ flagship models, many users are only interested in affordable solutions without all the bells and whistles. Walmart is currently holding a sale on the entry-level 15.6-inch Lenovo IdeaPad 3 for a mere $299 USD aimed at home users and students alike.
What makes this deal notable aside from the low price is its Intel Ice Lake Core i3-1005G1 processor. While not particularly fast, it's still leagues ahead of the Celeron or Atom series which are become commonplace on laptops in this low of a price range. The 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB NVMe SSD, and 768p display are mediocre, but this will be sufficient for home use or grade school students.
Expect our full review on the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 in the coming weeks. The entry-level model is part of Lenovo's latest round of laptop refreshes alongside the mid-range IdeaPad 5 series and higher-end IdeaPad 7 series.
