The Asus Zenbook Duo combines two 2.8K OLED touchscreens with a powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 285H for enormous versatility. The dual display setup will enable effective multitasking from anywhere.

The successor to the innovative Asus Zenbook Duo (available for around $1500 on Amazon) has arrived, offering only minor updates. The key upgrade is the inclusion of the new Intel Core Ultra 9 285H processor, which features six performance cores with boost speeds of up to 5.4 GHz, eight efficiency cores, and an integrated Intel Arc 140T GPU with eight Xe cores clocked at up to 2.35 GHz.

Despite few changes, the Asus Zenbook Duo remains a compelling choice in 2025. It boasts two 14-inch touchscreens in a 16:10 aspect ratio, each equipped with OLED panels offering a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels and a 120 Hz refresh rate. With the included ScreenXpert software, users can take advantage of multitouch gestures to switch between apps or open the software keyboard. Asus also includes a Bluetooth keyboard.

A foldable stand allows users to position the two displays either side-by-side or stacked vertically, making it convenient to run multiple apps simultaneously, even on the go. Weighing just 3.6 lbs (1.65 kg), the Zenbook Duo is equipped with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, a 2-TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, and a 75-Wh battery that supports USB-C charging at up to 65 watts. For connectivity the Zenbook Duo offers Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C) ports, one USB-A (5 Gbit/s) port, and an HDMI 2.1 output.

Pricing and Availability

The Asus Zenbook Duo (UX8406) is set to launch in February, with prices starting at $1699.99.
