Amazfit is about to introduce a new version of the T-Rex 3 Pro. Specifically, the smartwatch will soon be available in another model, more specifically a 44mm version. This is slightly smaller than the regular Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro, which measures 48mm. The wearable will be released in China on October 25, but there are no specific details on a global launch. That said, we would expect an international launch rather sooner than later.
Amazfit smartwatch gets more elegant
Anyhow, Amazfit already presented the 44mm version of the T-Rex 3 Pro alongside the larger version. This one is quite a bit smaller, which also reduces the screen size from 1.5 to 1.32 inches. In the teaser image that's been shared on Reddit, the T-Rex 3 Pro 44m appears in a gold color. This more compact smartwatch probably targets people with slimmer wrists. However, it’s still not a small smartwatch, as the design looks quite rugged. There are no visible screws, but the rectangular buttons arguably make the watch look more robust.
No missing features on the 44mm T-Rex 3 Pro
The 44mm versions has the same feature set and will be water-resistant up to 10 ATM. It comes with a microphone, a speaker and a 3,000-nit display. Additionally, the smaller Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro has a battery life of up to 17 days, which is 8 days shorter compared to the 48mm SKU, which is available from $399 on Amazon.
