Archive.org versionBefore we start, we have to consider the price tag of this notebook. We would like to give credit to Acer for giving their best to keep the costs down, while not really sacrificing the quality of their product. Yes, you won’t find Thunderbolt connectivity here, and unfortunately, there is no SD card slot of any sort. Also, the materials of the build are predominantly plastic, but this doesn’t mean that the laptop feels cheap.

Это хороший вариант для офисных задач и учебы. Для более комфортной работы с ресурсоемкими программами достаточно будет поставить вторую планку памяти, и ноутбук такой апгрейд предусматривает. Видеокарта слабовата для топовых современных игр, но при низких настройках вытянет даже Cyberpunk 2077 и Red Dead Redemption 2. Три полноформатных порта USB Type A позволяет свободно подключать все важные периферийные устройства без дополнительных хабов. Есть подсветка клавиатуры. Относительно моделей представительского класса ноутбук проигрывает в дизайне, а пластиковый корпус менее прочен (крышка экрана прогибается при усилии). Но все такие нюансы компенсируются доступной ценой.
Positive: Powerful processor; high gaming performance; long battery life; nice connectivity; attractive price. Negative: Mediocre design; plastic case.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Mobile: Mid range dedicated graphics card for laptops based on the desktop GTX 1650 and therefore the Turing architecture (TU117 chip in 12nm FFN) without raytracing and Tensor cores. Available with 896 and 1024 shaders.
With these GPUs you are able to play modern and demanding games fluently at medium detail settings and HD resolution.

R5 5500U: A hexa-core APU designed for use in ultra-thin, upper mid-range laptops. The Ryzen features six Zen 2 CPU cores running at 2.1 GHz to 4.0 GHz alongside the Vega 7 graphics adapter (448 unified shaders running at up to 1,800 MHz). One could be forgiven for thinking Ryzen 5 5500U is a renamed Ryzen 5 4500U - which is not the case.
