The ASUS Zenbook 14X price has now dropped back down to $699.99 at Best Buy, providing users who missed out on the deal earlier this month another chance to snag one (Buy it now). Per Honey’s price history tool, the discounted rate is 30% lower than the $999.99 list price.

The ASUS Zenbook 14X on sale is an excellent laptop for the price shown partly by the specsheet. The laptop features a fast Core i7-13700H CPU, 16 GB of DDR5-4800 memory, 512 GB of storage, and a 14-inch OLED panel. The panel boasts a sharp 2.8K resolution, a buttery smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 gamut, and 550 nits of advertised brightness.

Based on our review of the ASUS Zenbook 14X, the laptop excels in display quality, build, input devices, and performance. Our review unit, equipped with a Core i9-13900H, managed to snag a CPU performance rating of 77.9 which is miles ahead of the average ultrabook rating of 52 per our database. 

Since the ASUS Zenbook 14X on offer packs a Core i7-13700H with the same number of cores as the Core i9-13900H, the multicore performance should be plenty for handling even demanding tasks, as shown by our testing of the chip.

To top it all off, the ASUS Zenbook 14X battery life is also excellent with a runtime of 10 hours in our WLAN test. Considering the Core i7-13700H is less powerful and should consume less energy, the endurance of the model on discount could be noticeably better.
