AMD Ryzen 3 3100U
The AMD Ryzen 3 3100U is a mobile processor designed for slim laptops and mini PCs. The SoC features 2 Zen+ cores (dual-core CPU) without SMT or Hyper-Threading, allowing it to process 2 threads simultaneously. As a unique feature, this entry-level SoC integrates the relatively powerful AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 with a clock speed of up to 1200 MHz.
CPU performance is expected to be significantly lower than that of the Ryzen 3 3200U from 2019 (2 cores, 4 threads, up to 3.5 GHz).

The AMD Ryzen 3 3100U is manufactured using TSMC’s relatively old 12nm process (N12).
