A bunch of new leaks from multiple sources have revealed some more information about AMD's next-gen Radeon RX 8000 series graphics cards.

A Geekbench listing recently showed off what appeared to be a high-end Navi 48-powered Radeon RX 8000 series graphics card. It could be the Radeon RX 8700 XT or its non-XT variant, based on its CU count (56). Now, another X leaker who goes by @all_the_watts has posted a cryptic Tweet about other RDNA 4 SKUs. There are four SKUs with the following specs:

  • Navi 48 GPU, 256-bit bus, 64 MB Infinity Cache, 20 Gbps VRAM
  • Navi 48 GPU, 256-bit bus, 64 MB Infinity Cache, 18 Gbps VRAM
  • Navi 48 GPU, 192-bit bus, 48 MB Infinity Cache, 19 Gbps VRAM
  • Navi 44 GPU, 128-bit bus, 32 MB Infinity Cache, 18 Gbps VRAM

This sits in line with an earlier leak from X user @Kepler_L2, talked about the first 3 Navi 48 SKUs. Later, the same person also said Navi 48 SKUs will get up to 64 GB of Infinity Cache on the top-spec models and 48 MB on the lower-spec version. Essentially, both leaks match up and give us a rough idea about what AMD could have in store for us with the Radeon 8000 series.

YouTuber Moore's Law is Dead predicts at least one RDNA 4 SKU will launch with 64 CUs. This is presumably the top-spec model that supposedly performs on par with the GeForce RTX 4080 in rasterization.
