A ViewSonic ColorPro Professional Monitor scores a 2021 TIPA World Award
ViewSonic has announced that the 27-inch variant of its ColorPro Professional Monitor series (the VP2768a) has secured the TIPA's global Best Enthusiast Photo Monitor award for 2021. The OEM, which regards this group as one with "members among the most influential and knowledgeable creative experts in the photography industry", now touts this achievement as further validation of its device's efficacy, as well as its amenability to its professional (or pro-sumer) users.
The 1440p, IPS ColorPro VP2768a is also designed to uphold Pantone's Matching System for color-accuracy and also holds official recognition for its line's ability to model color-blindedness, for creatives who need to account for such conditions. Conversely, for those affected by them, there is a Filter mode for enhanced clarity in viewing content.
Besides these features, ViewSonic asserts that the VP2768a is also designed to help deliver a clean work-space (as is its 24-inch sibling), with a USB type-C single-cable solution and an in-built dock for media such as SD cards and USB drives. The ColorPro Professional Monitor variant can be ordered from Amazon for ~US$412 at present.
