Casio’s MTD series is pretty well regarded for its affordable yet functional diver-style watches. Usually preferred by casual marine sports enthusiasts, the MTD lineup brings both practicality and aesthetics to the mix without the high price tag of professional dive watches. Now, three new colorways have been spotted on Casio’s official website - MTD-125D-1A3V, MTD-125D-2A3V, and MTD-125D-7AV.
The MTD-125D series is easily recognizable by its stainless-steel case and band, the unidirectional rotating bezel, and a 100-meter water resistance rating. These make it a reliable option for everyday wear and light water activities, though it is not rated for deep-sea diving. The newly leaked variants retain the same specifications but bring new color choices for users who prefer a more customized look.
The MTD-125D-1A3V comes with a black dial and contrasting accents. The MTD-125D-2A3V stands out with a striking blue dial, while the MTD-125D-7AV introduces a clean white dial, which is less common in this lineup and would appeal to those looking for a lighter, more refined aesthetic.
Aside from the visual updates, these models maintain the core features of the MTD-125D series, including a three-hand analog layout with a day and date display. The watches are powered by a quartz movement with an estimated three-year battery life. Mineral glass protects the dial, while there's a one-touch three-fold clasp for a secure fit.
These three new Casio models will be available to buy in March 2025 itself.
