Greedland leaves early access with new maps, Titan Mechs, base defense mode, and online co-op. The game has earned strong "Very Positive" reviews and comes with a 30% launch discount on Steam.

Players who enjoy wave shooters like Vampire Survivors or Crimsonland now have a fresh option with the full release of Greedland. After more than two years in early access, the game reached version 1.0 on September 16, 2025. It brings new content and online features to its twin-stick, roguelite framework.

Greedland has been developed by VaMP He and published by Gamersky Games and 2P Games. It first appeared on Steam early access in August 2023. Its premise is very straightforward: survive overwhelming alien swarms, gather upgrades, and stack enough power to turn into a walking arsenal. Reviews during early access praised the satisfying combat loop, although drawbacks were definitely there - such as occasional repetition and rough translations.

The 1.0 update is substantial. Players can now explore a new Lava Area with ten levels and its own endless mode, try a Base Defense challenge, and summon Titan Mechas (giant controllable units that have heavy firepower). Two new Power Armors and fresh weapons expand loadout options even further, while online co-op has been introduced alongside existing local co-op. The developer has also hinted that support for up to four players is planned in future updates.

Pricing has shifted with the launch. While the early access version ran cheaper and saw discounts of around 20%, the full release comes with a higher base price of $8.74, softened by a 36% launch discount. The developer has also mentioned that this will be the lowest point before pricing rises permanently.

Feedback so far remains "Very Positive" on Steam. Players still love the explosive action and progression, while also pointing to grind and enemy variety as weak spots. Performance is generally stable, even on the Steam Deck (curr. $757 on Amazon), though visual clutter can definitely overwhelm players during maximum chaos.

Considering its mix of roguelite upgrades, swarming enemies, and new co-op play, Greedland makes a strong case as a pick-up for action fans during its launch window. Read more about it here.
