1More has now set a date for the launch of its next TWS earbuds, which, as the OEM claims, will challenge enthusiast-grade wired headphones for audio quality. The EVO buds are touted to debut with an upgraded internal design for highly detailed music playback, powerful active noise cancellation (ANC) and LDAC support later in 2022.

1More asserts that its successors for its True Wireless ANC Earbuds are to launch with the slightly more imaginative name of EVO - and much more. The OEM now backs them to compete with "audiophile wired headphones" thanks to a design that combines a dynamic driver with a balanced armature.

These specs are rated to support the buds' "evolved" acoustic technology, augmented by the introduction of the LDAC codec for "3x" the "music detail". The 1More EVOs will also offer ANC that is not only to have an SGS-certified adaptive mode but also to be AI-enhanced for improved noise-isolation to the tune of a potentially class-leading 42 decibels (dB).

1More has once again partnered with the Grammy award-winning sound engineer Luca Bignardi for "diamond" sound using the EVO earbuds. The OEM has yet to mention their battery life, Bluetooth standard or price, although it has mentioned an early-bird offer of US$30 less than whatever they will cost, along with a free wireless charger in the box, that may be in effect during the new TWS earbuds' launch on May 10, 2022.
