Reviews for the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite
Since the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is almost as powerful and equipped with nearly the same features as its high-end sibling Mi Note 10, the "Lite" moniker is more confusing than it is informative. Xiaomi has only touched the camera module, which still offers a respectable resolution at 64 MP instead of 108 MP. However, the Mi Note 10 Lite is also significantly cheaper - in this regard, the "Lite" addendum fits.

Overall, if this will be your daily driver, it will give you the satisfaction you want. It has a large battery and the two best things to notice are; one we have a power saver display to extend the usage, and lastly, we have a power-efficient chipset to give us gaming experience while saving battery life.

All in all, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is a strong mid-range phone contender. At just RM1479, there are plenty of reasons to like this phone - premium-like design, decent performance, great battery life, and a pretty good camera even though it doesn't have a 108MP sensor like its siblings. If we really have to nitpick, then it would have to be the curved edge display causing some apps to quit when touched accidentally.

We'll end this review pretty much the way we started it - by saying that the Mi Note 10 Lite is a Mi Note 10 with a de-fancy-fied camera system. So, yes, the Lite has all the other things going for it that the older phone had - excellent display, great battery life, feature-rich UI, legacy connectivity options.

The Mi Note 10 Lite from Xiaomi is one of the most featured-pack, convenient, easy-to-use smartphones, especially in the camera features. All camera modes are easy to use such as Vlog Mode, Short Video Mode, Object Tracking, Kaleidoscope Mode, Super Slow-Mo (960fps), and many more. It also has a 4k Stabilization and everything is seamless.

Xiaomi is releasing a bunch of phones for the Philippines today, and leading the charge is their recently released Mi Note 10 Lite. As its name suggests, it’s a downgraded version of the company’s flagship phone, but don’t think for a second that this is a lightweight contender. Thanks to a 64-megapixel rear camera, powerful processor and beautiful screen, Xiaomi’s new mid-range offering may just be the best one yet under 20 grand.

Comment
Model:
It is a common belief that any smartphone whose name contains the word ‘Lite’ will have a lot of missing features compared to the non-Lite or standard model. However, this is definitely not the case with the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite. It is the mid-range version of its high-end sibling, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10. The main difference between the two has to be the camera. While the Mi Note 10 carries a 108-MP main camera with 5 lenses, the Mi Note 10 Lite has been incorporated with only a 64-MP main camera with 4 lenses.
In terms of its design, the premium case of the Mi Note 10 Lite is definitely worthy of a higher-end device. The curved glass on the back and front combined with a slim metal frame forms a case that not only looks very sleek but also provides a great feeling for users while using the device. However, due to the glass exterior, the phone falls on the slippery side while handling. Therefore, it is worth using the included transparent protective case for better handling of the smartphone. In addition, the curved display of the Mi Note 10 Lite is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite comes in various colours, including black, white and purple. Adding to the beautiful colour variants has to be the gradient that is created by the glossy glass back as it diffuses the incoming light. As far as the display is concerned, this smartphone has been incorporated with a 6.47-inch screen with a 2340x1080-pixel AMOLED panel, which offers great colours with its theoretically infinite contrast ratio. The smartphone carries 6 GB of RAM with either 64 GB or 128 GB of storage to choose from.
Apart from that, there is a USB Type-C port working at 2.0 speeds, which is obviously acceptable for its price range. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack along with dual SIM slots and an infrared transmitter for user convenience. As for the processor, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 730G SoC that gives the device a fast system performance and shines with great responsiveness.
As mentioned earlier, the Mi Note 10 Lite has only 4 lenses, which include a 64-MP main camera, a 5-MP depth sensor and a 2-MP macro camera. In comparison to the Mi Note 10, this device has not been equipped with an optical image stabilizer. The device also offers an only 8-MP ultra-wide-angle camera, while its high-end sibling carries a 20-MP lens. However, the differences are quite understandable looking at the price range of both the devices. Despite the lower-end camera setup, the Mi Note 10 Lite delivers convincing image quality, providing an excellent user experience. Overall, the smartphone has a lot to offer despite being a mid-range option.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
